Craig completed an extension for us in 2002, built us a new home in 2003 (following the Canberra fires) and is currently building a new home for our retirement. The fact that we are using him a third time should be testament enough to the quality outcome in all steps of the construction process. We have heard so many stories of difficulties other people have had with their builders, but our friends are often surprised when we have nothing but praise for our builder. Craig, Brady and his team are very easy to work with and provide a good balance of listening to our requirements but also not being afraid to offer an alternate view or suggestion. We are fully informed and involved throughout the building process, and any changes are negotiated with a minimum of fuss. We consider the relationship we have with BCT to be a partnership and they are able to make the process of building a new home enjoyable and exciting, as it should be, not a battle.
