BCT Constructions was only formed in January 2017 but instantly inherited 44 years of industry experience. It is the coming together of two builders, a father and a son. Our philosophy not only to building but to life is simplicity!
Whilst we thrive on the attention to detail, matters need to be kept simple. The simplicity we refer to is merely how we interact and communicate with our clients. This does in no manner refer to the type of work we provide or the market we deal in. It is our commitment to our client and the detail, which allows transparent communication to forge a relationship which in turn delivers the product and result.

Brady Toole
With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the building industry, Brady brings a wealth of experience to his work. Growing up in Canberra, Brady’s journey in construction began in the 90s, shadowing his father on building sites during school holidays. These early experiences ignited a passion within him for creating homes that inspire and endure.
In 2010, Brady embarked on a carpentry apprenticeship under the mentorship of Craig, mastering the craft over four rigorous years. Since then, he has ascended to become a qualified ‘B’ class builder, cementing his expertise in the field.
What sets Brady apart is his unwavering commitment to excellence and his hand-on approach. He believes in being present on-site from inception to completion, ensuring each project receives attention it deserves. This dedication fosters and environment where innovation thrives, pushing boundaries and exceeding expectations with every build.
Driven by desire to leave a legacy of exceptional craftsmanship, Brady is particularly drawn to complete home renovations and extensions. From intricate architectural designs to challenging structural elements, he relishes the opportunity to tackle projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible in construction.

Craig Toole
Craig is a visionary builder whose roots run deep in the construction industry. With a legacy of craftsmanship passed down through generations, Craig's destiny was carved from the same robust timber as his great grandfather and grandfather—both esteemed builders. His illustrious career began in the corporate world, where six years at the Commonwealth Bank honed his leadership skills, a foundation that proved invaluable.
Craig's passion for building is matched only by his expertise. After excelling in his Carpentry/Joiner apprenticeship, he pursued further education, culminating in a degree in building that set the stage for his remarkable 34-year tenure in the industry. As the director of two highly acclaimed building companies, Craig's commitment to excellence is evident in every project.
Craig, alongside his son Brady, is ready to bring your dream home to life.
